I gave Sky Vegas a try because I recognized the name and felt a bit pressured to go with a brand I’d actually heard of. But after using it, I don’t feel that confident in them anymore. There are too many negative stories floating around, and the support just came across cold and unhelpful. I’d rather play somewhere that feels more reliable and has a better reputation.

I sent in the documents they asked for, but my account is still restricted. I thought that would fix it, or at least move things along, but... nothing really changed. Still waiting and not sure what else I’m supposed to do.

SkyVegas is alright overall, but I’m careful about where I put my money, so I like to check the RTP before playing anything. Some games do have the info if you poke around a bit, but it’s not always obvious and I don’t really want to be digging through menus just to find it. I’d feel better if they were more upfront with those details. Not a terrible site, but this is why I’d give it 3 stars.
